Failing to meet flooring manufacturer conditions like specified levels for moisture, contamination, or emission levels before, during, and after flooring installations can leave your warranties null and void. |
MOISTURE CONTROL TESTING |
By testing your slab before installation, we can help you assess potential problems and mitigate moisture issues. If you have a moisture-sensitive product and we find moisture present, we immediately alert you and help you resolve the potential culprits. |
MOISTURE SOURCES |
Common sources for moisture include: HVAC issues, leaks, or lack of climate control, insufficient amount of drying time, buffing and sealing concrete too soon, or faulty drainage and water pooling around site. |
MOISTURE-CAUSED PROBLEMS |
Too much moisture can cause product failure (warping, bubbling, and curling), flooring adhesive failure, and mold and mildew growth. Fast-tracking a project, technologies that reduces VOCs in adhesives, and insufficient drying times can worsen adhesive issues. |

All of the equipment in the fabrication facility runs off of a closed-loop water system.
With this design, the water that runs the wet saws is able to be recycled and used over again.
